  5. There is a possibility that you want to register your trademark under more than one class. In such case, you need to file a separate application or file a multi-class application in which you have to mention the classes that are you seeking for trademark registration.
  6. Besides the logo, image, tagline, you can also register colors, shape, sound, scent, etc. as your trademark.
  7. You can register your trademark in India as well as outside of India. For this you have to file a separated trademark registration application or under Madrid protocol. In Madrid protocol your trademark can be registered in 91 countries which have a membership of Madrid Protocol.
